Booking.com — Led mobile apps and search. Implemented Elastic Search across the platform. Built the Windows 8 app and conceptualized Booking Now.

Tellow — Carved a Rabobank internal project into a standalone fintech. Raised Series A with Rabo Frontier Ventures. Built the team. Secured PSD2 license with De Nederlandsche Bank. Exit to Ageras.

MisterGreen — Director of Strategy & Innovation at Europe's largest Tesla-only lease company. Doubled fleet to 3,000 vehicles. Pioneered 100% digital contracting.

ING — Portfolio Manager for high-profile mortgage IT projects. Introduced Critical Chain methodology — 30% more projects delivered on time and budget.
